Full Moon Harvest Dinner
We believe there is a certain magic that happens around a dinner table - a synergistic, elemental energy that is ripe with possibility. When folks gather together over good food and warm conversation a better world is already in the making.
Our autumn fundraiser dinner is a celebration of that magic, of the harvest, and the many hands that make it possible. It’s a chance to reflect on the year that has passed and to dream big for our collective future.
We believe wholeheartedly in the work we do at CORE, and we truly could not do it without your support. Please join us around the table for our Full Moon Harvest Dinner on October 27th. We’d love to see you there.

Culinary Team
Brie Roland and Dustin Thompson are quite the culinary dynamic duo. They bring years of culinary and hospitality experience in Minneapolis to CORE’s food programs and to our series of Wanderlust fundraisers. They credit Chef Steven Brown, Minneapolis restaurateur and James Beard award finalist, for their ethos around sourcing, preparing, and serving a good meal.
Brie is an award-winning sommelier who curated the acclaimed opening wine and champagne list at St. Genevieve in Minneapolis. During her 12-year tenure in the Minneapolis restaurant scene, she was on the opening management team of several well-received restaurants such as St. Genevieve, Brasserie Zentral, FIKA at the American Swedish Institute, and Harriet Brasserie. Dustin has an equally impressive culinary resume. He was the Chef de Cuisine at St. Genevieve, as well as the Chef de Cuisine at Food and Wine Magazine’s Best New Restaurant Brewer’s Table Kitchen at Surly under James Beard award finalist Jorge Guzman. In 2019, they opened The Fat Porcupine Noodle Bar, where they used traditional Japanese techniques and almost exclusively midwestern sourced ingredients to create a completely new style of ramen and izakaya-style drinking snacks.
