Brie Roland has nearly 20 years in the food & beverage industry - from barista to wine director to baker and chef, she continues to be inspired by the transformative power of hospitality and cannot wait to see what this mighty team at CORE can accomplish. She graduated from Northland College with a degree in Peace, Conflict, and Global Studies. She loves local food, running outdoors, theatre, kittens, dinner parties, and all things witchy.
