​​Erica Macrum is the owner of Sweet Fern Apothecary. She is a graduate of the East West School of Planetary Herbalism. As a clinical herbalist she loves sharing about the healing properties and energetics of plant medicine and strongly encourages the people around her to hold healing in their hands. Erica has been studying and practicing Chinese Medicine for over 20 years.Erica is the creator behind Seeds of Well Being's products. Kim McCambly is a holistic wellness practitioner and Reiki Master, certified in advanced Sound and Vibrational Therapies. She is dedicated to helping others calm the nervous system, restore balance, and feel their best through gentle, supportive care.She teaches classes and sessions at The Bayfield Center for Well-Being and Wild Rice Retreat.

Becky Sue Nielson has a Bachelor of Science degree with majors in Biology and Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Functional Medicine and Nutrition. With over 21 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, and 11 years as a certified myofascial release therapist, her work integrates hands-on clinical care with a deep understanding of human physiology, movement, and biochemistry.

Join Sandy Brue in the mindful movement practice of yoga for increased strength and mobility, better balance, and less stress.​

Suggestion Donation $50 for series or $10 per class. Donations pay for class space & fund CORE’s mission.
