Dustin has had the privilege of working with some of our nation's top chefs; as his mentors they taught him to love the hidden complexity of cabbage, the resourcefulness of charcuterie, and the warmth and nostalgia of keeping tradition. While Dustin cherishes his time working in the restaurant industry, he is beyond excited to be here at CORE, utilizing his collective experience to bring good food, warmth, and joy to his community. When he isn’t cooking, he enjoys spending time with his partner, Brie and their two cats, running, drinking all the flavors of LaCroix (except coconut!), and binge watching Netflix.

He (believes he) is a great dancer, a gifted cook, and a whiz withan excel spreadsheet - all of which will come in extremely handy in his
time with CORE. He is super stoked to be a part of the team. Oh, and try his risotto; it's fabulous.
