For three years CORE has provided information on mental health issues, healthy aging, resiliency and free suicide prevention training. For the last two years, the Gildi Conference on Healthy Aging has featured nationally acclaimed speakers and attracted audiences of over 150 annually. Our speakers focused on healthy aging, building and promoting resiliency, maintaining physical and mental health and integrating mind, body and spiritual health as we age.
